Tri-Point Ace Hardware Owners and Operators: Bryan and Jill,
with their family of 8.
Our Story
Tri-Point Trading Ace Hardware is proudly owned and operated by Bryan Golemba and Jill Moldenhauer, a married, local family committed to building a hardware store rooted in service, trust, and long-term community investment. Together with their six children, Bryan and Jill are raising a family of eight grounded in hard work, accountability, and showing up for the people around them—values that define Tri-Point from the ground up.

Bryan brings decades of hands-on retail leadership as the owner and operator of Scheers Ace Hardware in Oak Park, Michigan. A profitable, three-generation Ace Hardware store with 28 employees, Scheer’s Ace is known for operational discipline, exceptional customer service, and deep community trust. Bryan leads from the floor—training teams, supporting customers, and running a store that consistently performs within the Ace network.

Jill complements that experience with over two decades of executive leadership in corporate finance, private equity, and operations. Her background includes leading multiple acquisition integrations and startup launches, managing capital, and building scalable backend systems. Jill brings financial rigor, strategic planning, and operational structure to Tri-Point—ensuring the business is strong, sustainable, and built to serve the community for decades to come.

Together, Bryan and Jill combine real-world retail execution with strategic financial oversight. Tri-Point is not a first experiment or a passion project—it is a calculated, experience-driven expansion led by owners who understand both the daily realities of retail and the discipline required to build a successful, long-lasting business.

Rooted in Metamora, Tri-Point Trading Ace Hardware is designed to serve homeowners, farmers, builders, and do-it-yourselfers alike. Our store will meet everyday needs for tools, maintenance, and homesteading while remaining deeply connected to local schools, events, and community organizations.
At Tri-Point, you’ll find more than hardware—you’ll find owners who are present, invested, and proud to serve the community they call home.
